It tells me when my period is coming, it tells me when it's about to stop. It tells me when I am about to ovulate, when I am ovulating, and when I am no longer fertile. I don't have to look too far. I don't have to do anything different. The signs are there if you care to become intimate with the biology of your body and take notice.
